TEFL Equity Advocates blog was set up to speak out against the discrimination of non-native English speaker teachers (NNESTs) in TEFL/TESL industry. Its aim is to encourage schools and organisations to establish egalitarian employment policies which will give equal opportunities to both NNESTs and NESTs (Native English Speaker Teachers).
